Alicia Basaras

Staff

MA, LAC, NCC

With 17 years of experience, I provide warm, compassionate, and collaborative therapy for adults, children, couples, and families. I believe therapy is a partnership, and I work alongside each client to create a supportive space where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

My approach is trauma-informed and tailored to each person's unique needs, experiences, and goals. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy and Holistic approaches to help clients develop greater self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, navigate challenges, and build healthier relationships.

I believe that seeking therapy is a meaningful step toward growth and positive change. Whether you are navigating a difficult transition, relationship challenges, emotional concerns, or simply looking for a greater sense of balance and connection, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be.

Together, we can identify your goals, build on your strengths, and create practical strategies to support lasting change.

“Meanings are not determined by situations, but we determine ourselves by the meanings we give to situations.” -Adler, 1937
