HELP for Parents Network, Inc, a non- profit organization is always looking to add fee for service psychotherapists to our group. Requirements include being provisionally or  independently licensed in the State of New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Georgia.

Job Description

Fee-for-Service Therapist (Licensed or Provisionally Licensed)


HELP for Parents Network (H4PN) is a nonprofit mental health organization dedicated to serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. We are committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care while supporting the growth and development of mental health professionals.

We are always interested in connecting with qualified therapists who are passionate about helping others and are seeking a flexible, supportive, and collaborative practice environment.


We Welcome Applications From:

  • Licensed Associate Counselors (LAC)
  • Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
  • Licensed Social Workers (LSW)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
  • Other qualified behavioral health professionals licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and/or Georgia


Special Opportunity for Licensed Associate Counselors (LACs)


HELP for Parents Network provides supervision by an Approved Clinical Supervisor and offers opportunities to build post-master's clinical hours toward LPC licensure. Clinicians benefit from a supportive environment, flexible scheduling, and access to a growing referral network serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.


Position Overview

The majority of services are currently provided through Telehealth, with in-person sessions available based on client needs and clinician preference. Therapists enjoy a high degree of flexibility while being supported by an experienced and mission-driven organization.

Requirements

  • Active professional license or provisional license in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and/or Georgia
  • Minimum availability of 10 hours per week
  • CAQH registration preferred but not required
  • Commitment to ethical, high-quality clinical care
  • Willingness to participate in community outreach and professional networking opportunities

 Requirements:

  • Current New Jersey professional or provisional license as an LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Pennsylvania and/or Georgia licensure is a plus but not required
  • Willing to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, including evening availability
  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team
  • Post-independent licensure experience welcomed but not required
  • Provisionally licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply
  • Willingness to participate in community outreach and professional networking opportunities

Required Education:

Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.

Fee-for-Service Compensation:

Competitive fee-for-service compensation. Compensation details are discussed during the interview process and vary based on licensure, experience, and clinical responsibilities.
