Females, ages 15-17 yrs who are suffering with anxiety & depression, join us in learning new skills to fight back when feeling anxious or depressed.
This small group teaches skills to manage anxiety, depression and stress. Participants will have the opportunity to connect with others struggling in similar ways and reduce isolation to promote growth. By the end of the 6- week cycle, participants will have gained tools to reduce their symptoms and increase their set of coping skills.
