I am a licensed professional counselor with a background working in schools and conducting in-home counseling. I have experience counseling youth, and consequently, their caregivers.  My counseling philosophy is to walk alongside clients as they navigate the challenges that arise in their lives, empowering them to take an active role in their therapeutic process.  My hope is that on this journey you will learn more about yourself, set goals, identify effective strategies that work for you, and process the barriers that may pop up along the way.
